Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, we recommend placing a new order once your refund or store credit has been issued.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with UPS to investigate the issue.
