Returns and Exchanges

If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, the original shipping fee is not refundable. To initiate a return, kindly email us at sales@amaracosmetics.com, including your order number and will send you instructions to process your return.

Please note that only products purchased from www.amaracosmetics.com will be accepted for return. We regret that we cannot accept return or exchange for products purchased elsewhere. Also, we do NOT accept brush returns due to sanitation. All refunds will be credited in the form that the payment was received. For example: If you purchased the product by a specific credit card that same card will be used for the refund.
